Refund & Returns Policy

CARTAPEX SA (PTY) LTD – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Effective Date: 18 June 2026

1. RETURNS OF UNUSED PRODUCTS

Customers may return unused products within 30 days of purchase provided that:

• Product is unused
• Original packaging is intact
• Product is in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products may be returned for inspection and testing. If confirmed defective, CartApex SA (Pty) Ltd may:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Issue store credit
• Issue a refund

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

• Custom upholstery work
• Custom seat covers
• Special-order products
• Installed batteries
• Installed tyres
• Installed mags
• Products modified after purchase

4. RETURN APPROVAL

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns may be refused.
