Battery Warranty Policy
CARTAPEX SA (PTY) LTD – BATTERY WARRANTY POLICY
Effective Date: 18 June 2026
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Red Pole Energy Golf Cart Lithium Batteries carry a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
2. WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
Warranty applies only if:
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Serial number is intact
- Battery is used in golf cart applications only
- Installation follows manufacturer specifications
- Battery is not opened or modified
- Warranty seals remain intact
3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect charger use
- Incorrect motor/controller setup
- Water damage
- Physical damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Fire, lightning, flood damage
- Unauthorised repairs
- Modified batteries
- Normal wear and tear
- Capacity above 60% remaining
4. WARRANTY CLAIMS
Customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Serial number
- Fault description
- Photos/videos if required
Battery may be returned for testing.
5. WARRANTY RESOLUTION
If approved, the manufacturer may:
- Repair the battery
- Replace the battery
- Issue prorated credit
- Issue prorated refund

- Battery systems
- Chargers
- Controllers
- Motors
- Tyres
- Rims
- Vehicle fitment

CartApex SA (Pty) Ltd is not liable for:
- Incorrect wiring
- Installation errors
- System mismatch
- Product misuse
- Modifications
Installation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
